Cross Country Nurses seeks an IMCU RN for Stevens Point, Wisconsin, to provide high-quality care in a Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit. The role covers patients with sepsis, trauma, stroke, and other acute conditions in a fast-paced setting.

The travel assignment requires a Wisconsin or compact RN license, BLS/ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years in Stepdown/IMCU. Shifts are 12 hours with a 36-hour minimum weekly schedule across days/nights.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin or compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Associate degree or nursing certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/IMCU/Progressive Care Unit experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in IMCU unit for diverse acute conditions.
• Chart patient information in EPIC system.
• Maintain a 4:1 patient ratio in a busy unit.
• Rotate between days and nights with 12-hour shifts.
