Job summary
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a Stevens Point, Wisconsin assignment. The role requires 2+ years ICU experience, WI/compact RN license, BLS/ACLS, and Epic charting proficiency. 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on a rotating 12-hour schedule.
Preference for a Bachelor's in Nursing; travel experience expected. Eligible facilities include a regional hospital with a 32-bed unit across ICU and step-down services, with potential for float to nearby locations.
Qualifications
- WI or compact RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or nursing certificate.
- At least 2 years ICU experience.
- Prior travel experience required; Epic charting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care for ICU patients on a rotating schedule.
- Manage advanced life support protocols and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Adhere to facility policies and standards.
- Care for patients on a 12-hour shift with 36 hours per week minimum.
- Be adaptable to float to related units as needed.
