Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Hagerstown, Maryland. The IMC RN will float between IMC, Med/Surg Tele, and IMC units, providing comprehensive care for patients with acute conditions.

Requirements include EPIC experience, 2+ years of Tele experience, 2+ years in an IMC unit, BLS & ACLS, and immunization/PPD as specified. This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• EPIC experience is required.
• 2+ years Telemetry experience.
• 2+ years in an IMC unit in a hospital setting.
• BLS & ACLS required.
• Flu shot and 2 step PPD required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the IMC unit.
• Float from Med/Surg Tele units to IMC units as needed.
• Manage patients with critical conditions (respiratory distress, sepsis, MI).
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with medical teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
