Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced Travel RN for ICU with premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility. Join FirstChoice and fill short- or long-term assignments across the system, nationwide and regionally.

You will float to multiple hospital locations, demonstrate professional practice, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve care while enjoying flexible shift options and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentialing required per specialty (ACLs, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply professional practice: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of practice.
• Ensure accountable delegation and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Embrace new responsibilities and adapt to priorities.
