Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking RN travellers for FirstChoice – a mobile staffing solution offering premium compensation and flexibility. RNs will float across hospital locations and regions, using standard nursing processes, while maintaining licensure and credentials.

Qualified candidates have an RN, 2+ years of clinical experience in critical care or related areas, and relevant certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS). The program supports flexible shifts and Per Diem options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Able to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply nursing process: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Embrace new ideas and adapt to shifting priorities.
