American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment in Wisconsin, with strong CRRT skills and a WI/Compact license. This 13-week assignment offers 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and potential float to IMCU. RN license from WI or Compact required, plus BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and travel experience.

Expect patient loads of 1:2–3, Epic EMR, and references from prior assignments. Latex allergies disqualify candidates; travel pairs are welcome.

Qualificações

• Active WI or Compact RN license required (pending license accepted at submission, must be obtained during compliance)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required and in hand at submission
• NIHSS certification required prior to start (can be pending at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Strong CRRT skills required
• Prior travel experience required
• Two supervisor references required within 1 year, including one from most recent assignment and one from the second most recent assignment

Responsabilidades

• ICU setting with potential float to IMCU (stepdown unit)
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
• 13-week assignment
• Patient ratio of 1:2-3
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients with potential for complex multisystem needs
• May float to IMCU (stepdown) as needed based on facility demand
• Badge photo (passport-style) required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Candidates with latex allergies cannot be accommodated at this facility
• Travel pairs are accepted for this assignment
• Travelers may return to this facility only after a minimum 1-year separation
• A video interview may be required depending on candidate eligibility
