MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a travel assignment in Marion, Illinois. This role focuses on caring for adult ICU patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality critical care.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for adults in ICU with life-threatening conditions.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes).
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to distress.
• Administer medications and manage IVs and catheters as needed.
• Meticulous documentation of medications and interventions.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to stabilize patients.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively when needed.
