Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in a night shift, 12-hour per shift role. The ICU nurse may float to Progressive Care and Medical Surgical units as needed, handling high-acuity patients.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years ICU experience, an active RN license, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC. Travel experience is required, and previous charge experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an ICU setting is required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications are required.
• Travel experience is required and previous charge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced ICU and floating to Progressive Care and Medical Surgical units as needed.
• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction, mechanical ventilation, and emergency medications.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and manage dysrhythmias effectively.
