Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced RN for ICU and intermediate care units on a 13-week assignment in Charlottesville, VA. The role involves floating across units, caring for high-acuity patients, and working night shifts with 12-hour blocks.

Expect 36 or 48 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday mandatory. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, travel experience, and an active state license or the ability to obtain it before start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, travel experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; TNCC and CCRN preferred.
• Epic experience required; prior charge experience preferred; ventilated patients and critical care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Float to ICU and intermediate care units as needed.
• Care for patients in critical and intermediate care settings.
• Work night shifts with 12-hour shifts; 36 or 48 hours per week options.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday are mandatory.
• Adhere to float policies and manage patient care effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and respond to emergencies.
