Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a 13-week assignment in Tyler, Texas. The role requires RN licensure, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications, and Epic charting experience. Shift is 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week, with travel compensation and housing support.

The Medical-Surgical ICU team needs a qualified nurse to provide critical care, ventilator management, central line care, and collaborative care with physicians and staff. Travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience in a Medical-Surgical ICU setting preferred.
• Epic charting system experience is mandatory.
• Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status; respond to changes.
• Collaborate with health-care team to develop care plans.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Ventilator management and central line care within the MICU.
