American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Tennessee. Candidates must have at least 1 year of recent ICU experience and current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.

Active TN or compact RN license is required, along with strong critical thinking and communication skills. Responsibilities include caring for critically ill patients on a 6-bed ICU with 2:1 patient ratios (some 1:1 and 3:1), documentation via Meditech EMR, and potential float to

Qualifications

• Active TN or compact RN license required.
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills required.
• Experience with central line, arterial line, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation.

Responsibilities

• 6-bed ICU with 2:1 patient ratios (some 1:1 and 3:1).
• Unit supported by 1 nurse tech.
• Uses GE ICU monitors; Meditech EMR documentation.
• Night shift 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; 36 hours/week.
• Floats to ICU overflow unit as needed.
• Care for critically ill ICU patients across varying acuity.
