Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN for ICU in Mattoon, Illinois. Travel assignment details include 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, nights, 10-hour shifts, and a start date of 10/19/2026.

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and educate/support patient’s family.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes).
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures for rapid changes in condition.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
