Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for an MICU travel assignment in Fort Bragg, California. This 13-week role starts 10/12/2026, offering 36 guaranteed hours per week and a 3x12-hour day shift pattern in a high-acuity ICU.

Required CA RN license with BLS and ACLS; 2+ years ICU experience; EPIC EHR familiarity preferred. Earn in the $2,177–$2,318 weekly range with dedicated recruiter support and credentialing assistance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California with BLS and ACLS or ARC-ALS.
• Minimum two years ICU/acute care experience in a high-acuity setting.
• BSN preferred; EPIC EHR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, coordinated nursing care for ICU patients.
• Monitor hemodynamics, ventilated patients, and complex conditions; administer meds.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team to optimize outcomes.
• Document care in EHR and update care plans as status changes.
• Support discharge planning, family education, and safety initiatives.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks for nursing staff and support personnel.
