Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a Level II Trauma Center in Oregon. Candidates must have recent Epic EMR experience and a trauma ICU background, with active RN licensure (or pending) and required certifications.

The role includes a 1:2 patient ratio, 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and float coverage across multiple units. Travel assignments completed previously are required, with housing and per diem options available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or pending license) and current BLS/ACLS/NIHSS in hand before start.
• 2 years ICU experience preferred; 1 year at a large facility considered.
• Recent Epic EMR experience required and trauma ICU background.
• CCRNs or related trauma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity ICU patients in a Level II Trauma Center (medical, cardiac, neuro, trauma).
• Maintain 1:2 patient ratio and 3x12 hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM).
• Float across CVICU/NTICU, Telemetry, Aware units and ED; 4-hour float orientation.
• Assist with codes, transfusion protocols, and massive transfusion workflows.
