Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a ICU Travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Palestine, TX. You will provide critical care for ICU patients with a dedicated clinical team and competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has 1 year ICU experience, an active RN license, and current BLS and ACLS; CCRN and other critical care certifications are preferred. This travel opportunity supports professional growth and patient-centered care.

Formación

• One year ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred CCRN certification.
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred.
• Other relevant certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor critically ill ICU patients.
• Administer complex medications and therapies.
• Operate life-support equipment.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in high-acuity settings.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope.
