Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Tacoma, WA. The role involves delivering comprehensive critical care, managing life-support systems, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements include at least one year of ICU experience, WA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and support from a dedicated clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Active RN license in WA per state requirements.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity settings.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and interpret results.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain proficiency in evidence-based critical care procedures.
• Adhere to infection control and regulatory standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope.
