Responsibilities

• Manage advanced therapies including titrating IV drips and supporting hemodynamic care.
• Operate and manage ventilators and other critical respiratory interventions.
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during high-stress and emergent situations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Document care thoroughly and accurately in the EMR.
• Follow strict patient safety, infection-control, and clinical protocol standards.
