Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN for ICU care in Mequon, Wisconsin. The position is a 13-week assignment, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts. Start date 11/01/2026.

Travel status involves working in a facility under contract with MedPro, offering housing options and comprehensive benefits. Active RN license, accredited nursing degree, BLS/ACLS, and 18 months ICU experience are required. Other client-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
Degree from an accredited nursing program.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum 18 months of experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
Travel assignment may include additional client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide care for adult ICU patients including education and family support.
Monitor life support equipment (ventilators, tubes).
Track vitals and assess signs of distress.
Administer medications, IVs, and catheterize as needed.
Document medication administration meticulously.
Assist in emergency nursing procedures and CPR.
