Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Mt. Pleasant, WI. You will work 36 hours per week on a night shift, with travel reimbursement and housing options provided. Active RN license, ACLS/BLS, and 18 months ICU experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certification
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and education to patients and families
• Monitor life support equipment and provide interventions as needed
• Observe vital signs and detect signs of distress
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to control patient condition
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively
