Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking ICU Registered Nurses for 13-week contracts in Dothan, Alabama. Positions require 36 hours per week with a 12-hour day shift, travel-friendly options, and full hospital support. Qualifications

• Current RN license in Alabama or Compact state.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• 1–2 years ICU nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity care to critically ill or unstable patients with advanced monitoring.
• Monitor vital signs, rhythms, and hemodynamics; respond to changes quickly.
• Administer medications, including drips, sedation, and emergency drugs per ICU protocol.
• Manage ventilators, IV pumps, central lines, and critical-care equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and the team to update patient care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes per standards.
