Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Degree from accredited nursing program.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 18 months recent ICU experience.
- Travel-friendly readiness and client-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and education to the patient's family.
- Manage life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
- Monitor heart rate, blood pressure and respiration for signs of distress.
- Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
- Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
- Assist in emergency nursing procedures for prompt changes in condition.
- Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
