Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an ICU travel nurse to work in Key West, FL. The RN will provide direct ICU care in a travel assignment with a 12-hour night shift, 36 hours per week, and a 13-week duration.

Start date is 10/26/2026, with ACLS/BLS-NIH certifications preferred and 1–2 years of acute care experience. Responsibilities include bedside care, medication administration, diagnostics, lab work, monitoring of equipment, and family communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS required; NIH certification may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside ICU nursing care.
• Administer and document medications, report adverse reactions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Monitor patients and equipment, adjust care plans.
• Communicate patient conditions to families and team.
