Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an ICU travel assignment in Milton, MA. The incumbent will provide critical care for adult patients, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive infusions, with float to PACU/ED as needed.

Start date is 12/08/2026 for an 8-week duration. The role requires MA RN licensure (temporary or permanent), BLS/ACLS, and Epic EMR experience, with 2–3 years of ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license or eligibility; temporary or permanent licensure acceptable.
• BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Epic experience required.
• 2–3 years ICU experience.
• Ability to float to PACU, step-down, and ED as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care for adult patients with advanced monitoring and interventions.
• Perform ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive infusions, and sedation titration.
• Interpret ECG and cardiac rhythms; respond to dysrhythmias and post STEMI care.
• Administer medications, titrate therapies per protocol, and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care coordination, discharge planning, and escalation as needed.
• Float to PACU, step-down, and ED to support holding patients while maintaining ICU standards.
