Job summary

Healthforce is seeking an experienced ICU travel nurse for a Milton, MA assignment. This 8-week position requires 12-hour night shifts and 72 hours biweekly with floating to PACU, step-down, and ED as needed. You will provide critical ICU care for adults with advanced monitoring and ventilator management.

Applicants must hold an MA RN license, with BLS/ACLS and Epic EMR experience. Expect 2–3 years of ICU experience and strong teamwork to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license (temporary or permanent acceptable)
• BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association
• Epic experience required
• 2–3 years ICU experience
• Ventilator management, vasoactive infusions, sedation titration and hemodynamic monitoring
• Ability to float to PACU, step-down and ED as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care for adults with advanced monitoring/interventions
• Manage ventilators and hemodynamic parameters; titrate infusions and sedation
• Interpret ECG/cardiac rhythms; respond to dysrhythmias and STEMI care
• Administer medications and titrate therapies per protocol
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care coordination and discharge planning
• Float to PACU/ED as needed while maintaining ICU standards
