**Required Skills / Certifications / Experience:**- Minimum of 2 years of experience needed- Strong drip experience is a must- Must have experience with arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry- Experience in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias- Familiarity with telemetry - on the unit monitoring- Experience with rapid response teams, IV insulin protocols, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, heparin protocols, CVA, chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, external CPAP/BIPAP, high flow nasal cannula, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, tracheostomy management, isolation precautions- ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications required- Experience with IV start, telemetry, and conscious sedation**Preferred Experience:**- Charting system experience preferred, with Epic being the charting system used**Licensure:**- NC or Compact license, pending OK for submittal**Patient Ratio Experience:**- Experiences with target ratios: 1:3-4**Scheduling Requirements:**- Must be open to floating as needed to sister unit which is an ICCU- Weekend requirement of every other weekend
