Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per weekRequired Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferredActive, unencumbered Hawaii RN license requiredValid Basic Life Support (BLS)/Health Care Provider (HCP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications requiredPreferred certifications include Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or equivalent, and specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN)Must pass an EKG exam with 80% or better during orientationA minimum of two (2) years of full-time staff Registered Nurse experience in a Surgical/Trauma Intensive Care Unit at a Level I Trauma Center prior to any travel assignments.
