American Traveler is seeking a Travel ICU RN in Fayetteville, NC with 2+ years ICU experience and current ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications, plus NC or compact licensure.

The assignment runs 13 weeks, offering 36 hours per week with 12-hour nights. Cross-training and floating within scope are expected; Epic charting is used and on-call is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Active NC or compact state RN license required.
• Must pass an EKG exam prior to starting.
• Candidates must live within 50 miles of the facility.

• Every other weekend shifts are required.

• Return staff policy requires a 1-year gap for rehire as a traveler.
• A maximum of 2 contracts is allowed before a 6-month break is required.
• Royal blue and white scrubs are required.
• RTO is subject to manager approval.
• First-time travelers are preferred not accepted but may be considered based on experience.
• Team support available in an academic and trauma-focused environment.
