ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel RN with ICU expertise for a 13-week travel assignment in Oregon, OH. The role requires 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts with ASAP start. This position focuses on delivering high-quality critical care nursing and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams.

The RN must hold an active license, BLS and ACLS when required for units, and have at least two years of bedside ICU experience. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate discharge planning on the day of admission and provide necessary patient education in anticipation of discharge.
• Communicate pertinent patient information clearly and effectively to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise and train ancillary nursing personnel, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Ensure personal and environmental safety by adhering to hospital policies and best practices.
• Engage in team building activities to promote a positive work environment and unit functioning.
• Contribute to cost-effective delivery of care while monitoring supplies and clinical operations.
• Assume charge responsibilities as needed and pursue ongoing professional development.
