Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN for the ICU - Intensive Care Unit Burn in San Antonio, TX. The 22-bed burn unit handles high-acuity cases, including stroke and cardiac patients, with off-service patients considered.

Assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on night shifts, starting 10/19/2026. The position offers private housing or housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related ICU experience.
• Experience in burn/critical care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high acuity patient care in an ICU Burn unit.
• Manage complex patients including stroke and cardiac conditions.
• Deliver care on 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour minimum weekly commitment.
