Wellspring Nurse Source seeks a Staff Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Lancaster, Ohio. The role involves night shifts on a 7 days on / 7 days off cycle, with 12-hour shifts and night coverage, acting as the sole pharmacist during designated hours.

The position requires a BS or PharmD from an accredited college, an active Ohio Pharmacist license, and at least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience, with BLS/BCLS certification.

Competenze

• BS or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• BLS or BCLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmaceutical care as the sole pharmacist during specified hours.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations as needed.
• Guide pharmacy technicians in their support duties.
