Shift Information

This position involves a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule during night shifts from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM, running from Thursday night to Thursday morning.

Job Overview

The Staff Pharmacist will operate as the sole pharmacist during designated hours, supported by Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT) throughout the night. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care as the sole pharmacist during specified hours.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations as needed.
• Guide pharmacy technicians in their support duties.

Qualifications
