Job summary

Bluegrass Care Navigators is seeking a Travel Flex Nurse to cover nursing needs across our service areas. This role requires travel to patient homes, nursing facilities, and inpatient units, with cross-training to handle diverse settings and patient needs.

The Travel Flex Nurse delivers skilled nursing care under physician orders, adhering to RN standards and BCN policies. Must be licensed in Kentucky or an NLC state and possess CPR certification. Availability for 24/7 operations is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Kentucky or an NLC state.
• Minimum of one year of general nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to BCN service areas to provide nursing coverage in multiple settings.
• Deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by physicians and state regulations.
