Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in the Richmond area. The role requires an active RN license (VA or Compact), BLS, and OASIS experience, with at least one year of home health experience.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with call rotation and potential location float. You will work in an adult home health setting, using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR, with training provided during orientation.
Qualifications
- Active RN license VA or Compact required.
- BLS hands-on certification required.
- OASIS experience or training required.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult home health patients.
- Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekend scheduling; call in rotation.
- Use HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR; orientation provided as needed.
- Assigned to a home location with potential to float to other locations.
- Travel within 50-mile radius of the Richmond office.
