Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Fredericksburg, VA. You will provide direct home health nursing care, assess patient needs, administer treatments, and educate families while collaborating with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year RN experience, including 6 months in home health, VA RN license, OASIS proficiency, and BLS. Travel pay is competitive and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent RN experience, including at least six months in Home Health.
• Proficient in OASIS documentation and patient education.
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations (VA).
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and self-care.
• Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Document care and progress in compliance with regulations.
