Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Montana seeks a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to perform patient assessments, document observations, and administer physician-prescribed medications during home visits.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians, therapists and other care team members, and support comfort through palliative care while adapting to diverse living environments. Strong interpersonal skills and emergency responsiveness are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Ability to make independent decisions when required and accept direction as needed.
• Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently.
• Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.
• Knowledge of clinical skills including wound care, feeding and IV setup.

• Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
