Job summary

Sweetwater Care seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to assess patient conditions during visits, document findings, and administer physician-prescribed medications in home settings. You will support wound care, vitals review, IV setup, injections, and patient education, coordinating with physicians and therapists to maintain comfort and quality of life.

Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, independence, emergency responsiveness, and the ability to adapt to varied living

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Ability to make independent decisions and respond to patient needs.
• Knowledge of clinical skills including wound care, IV setup, injections and monitoring.

• Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently
• Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments
• Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots and setting up and monitoring IVs
