Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and functional abilities to develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, goals, and exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
