The ideal candidate holds a Physical Therapy degree, current California license, BCLS, and at least 1 year of experience. You will provide therapy, evaluate patients, document progress, and collaborate with care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed physical therapy to restore function and improve mobility
