Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Histology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Flint, Michigan. The histology tech prepares tissue samples for microscopic analysis and supports quality-control procedures in a busy lab.

You will work 40 hours per week with day shifts (8 hours). The position requires ASCP HT/HTL certification and at least 2 years of histology experience, with travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of histology experience.
• HT/HTL certification via ASCP is required.
• Experience with fixation, embedding, microtomy, mounting, and staining.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tissue samples for microscopic analysis.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and manage supplies.
• Support quality-control procedures and perform preventive maintenance.
