Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN/RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state.
• HEDIS or Supplemental Data Collection experience is preferred.
• Experience in medical record review preferred.
• Some travel involved.
• Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, review and abstract medical record data for STARS and HEDIS measures.
• Perform on-site or in-office medical record reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff on scheduling and retrieval.
• Represent and perform duties professionally, using time and resources efficiently.
• Maintain data quality through accurate data transfer and documentation.
