Job summary

ECM Holding Group, INC. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide. You will direct the design and construction efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and lead a diverse team across field and office environments.

This role requires travel to multiple job sites and effective collaboration with contractors and clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, with experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver license required.
• OSHA 10, if not certified must be completed within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day management of projects during construction.
• Reviews constructability of project documents and offers recommendations.
• Monitors budgets, change orders, and contractor performance.
• Serves as primary point of contact with project partners and stakeholders.
• Communicates project status and needs to leadership and executives.
