Job summary

ECM Holding Group, INC. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide. You will lead the construction phase, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and maintain strong relationships with contractors, staff, and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), independent judgment, and effective communication with the executive team and engineering leadership to drive projects from planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver license required.
• OSHA 10 completion within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day management of projects during construction.
• Provides constructability reviews of project documents and recommendations.
• Develops construction procurement documents and defines project roles.
• Manages contractor responses, change orders, and budget impact.
• Maintains primary point of contact for project-related issues and stakeholder relations.
• Collaborates with executives on project matters and reporting.
• Coordinates with Director of Toll Operations on construction activities.
