Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Project Manager or Superintendent in paving or heavy civil construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly, approximately 9 months per year.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise paving projects on-site throughout the country.
• Travel weekly to project locations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
