Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of field leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience in construction management and/or asphalt paving or concrete construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel to active job sites.
• Strong professional communication skills (internal teams, clients, vendors).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors to secure fair and reasonable change order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Travel regularly to different job sites to support field operations and project execution.
