Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers in a machinery environment.
• Mechanical and electrical technical skills to troubleshoot, design and solve machine malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical service and support, including installation/start-up (mechanical and electrical).
• PLC software modification on system controls.
• Customer training and troubleshooting.
• Up to 85% travel domestically and internationally.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
