Job summary

Telios Construction Management (TCM) is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT enclosures and UPS systems on client sites across the US. You will be the main contact for customers and document onsite activities.

Minimum 2+ years of electrical or HVAC troubleshooting, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and ability to travel 70% across the US and Mexico are required. A valid driver's license and background check/drug test are also required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting electrical or HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Must have a current/valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, and servicing rack-mounted UPS systems and IT enclosure controls.
• Performing preventative maintenance inspections on IT enclosures at client sites.
• Responding to component failures for repair or replacement.
• Documenting all onsite activities in TCM software; training provided.
• Communicating with client to schedule onsite visits for maintenance or repairs.
• Preparing safety documentation for onsite work.
