Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a Project Manager for its Sports and Golf division. This field- and travel-based role requires relocation to the Kansas City metro area and up to 70% nationwide travel. Not a remote position; strong mentorship and advancement opportunities exist within the company’s divisions.

The role offers a path to Senior PM and cross-over into golf or sports-specific divisions, with a competitive compensation package and full benefits. Recent graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (new grads welcome).
• 2+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with a project management software platform (Procore a plus).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10–12 active projects at a time, ranging from $1.3M to $12M.
• Own the full project lifecycle: schedule, procurement, and PO management.
• Serve as the technical contact to architects/engineers and liaise with on-site superintendents.
• Coordinate with the office to move crews and equipment to jobsites; conduct regular meetings.
• Balance office planning with 3–4 site visits per day.
• Travel regionally and cross-country to project sites, keeping rotations manageable.
• Track daily field notes, progress, and billing in Procore.
