Job summary

Arclin USA LLC seeks a Full-Time Capital Project Engineer II at its Alpharetta HQ to support the Corporate Engineering Group. You will oversee capital projects, from analysis to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery with HSE alignment.

Requires a B.S. in engineering, 6–10 years in plant/project engineering, and strong P&IDs/process drawings knowledge; PE preferred. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• 6–10 years plant maintenance/engineering/project engineering experience.
• Experience with chemical processing: batch reactors and continuous processes with absorption towers.
• Strong understanding of P&IDs and Process and Equipment drawings.
• Experience in Aspen Plus and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40%).

Responsibilities

• Prepares engineering analysis of projects including design, cost and life cycle analysis.
• Manages engineering projects from start to finish within cost and schedule.
• Develops and maintains mass and energy balances for processes.
• Prepare Capital Investment Requests; obtain bids and contracts within 10% accuracy.
• Provide full cycle performance management for suppliers/contractors.
• Conduct PHAs, MOCs and PSSRs on managed projects.
• Coordinate with site and corporate HSE to meet safety requirements.
