Job summary

T K Group, Inc. is seeking two-person teams from across the United States to work full-time as Hearing Technicians. These Technician Teams would travel across the country giving hearing tests to industrial employees while providing excellent customer service.

The position offers an excellent comprehensive pay package with benefits including health, vision, dental, life, disability, paid lodging, travel expenses, and CAOHC certification support.

Qualifications

• At least a year in customer service.
• Computer experience with light typing skills.
• One team member must have a CDL Class A license with air brake qualification and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a physical and drug screening.
• Attention to detail.
• No pets.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the country providing hearing tests to industrial workers.
• Safely operate a two-person, company-owned testing unit on site.
• Test noise levels and instruct workers on proper hearing protection.
• Maintain and document activity logs and report incidents to the main office.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and workers.
