Job summary
T K Group, Inc. is seeking Mobile Hearing Technicians to travel nationwide performing hearing tests for industrial employees. Teams or solo operators will operate company mobile testing units and provide exceptional customer service in dynamic environments.
The role requires CDL experience, ability to work with a partner or independently, and willingness to travel year-round. Company lodging and travel expenses are provided along with health and retirement benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Proficient computer use and basic software knowledge.
- Ability to pass a range of motion physical and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Travel extensively across the United States, including Alaska.
- Operate a company-owned mobile testing unit (tractor-trailer or boxtruck).
- Conduct hearing tests for industrial employees.
- Test sound levels and provide hearing protection instructions.
- Interpret and explain hearing test results to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service in industrial environments.
- Communicate with the main office for scheduling and support.
- Use specialized testing equipment and software.
- Upload and manage testing data daily.
